NSPCC Charity Walk

Join the NSPCC for our Hertfordshire Way NSPCC Walk.... nature, beautiful estates and famous film sets await enthusiastic adventurers on 24th September. Join #TeamNSPCC and take part in The Great Big Walk for Herts in association with Helping Herts and help to raise vital funds for children and young people across the county.

Based on the population of Hertfordshire, we can estimate that our Childline volunteers delivered around 3,900 counselling sessions to children living in Hertfordshire in 2021.

From Kings Langley to Shenley, the 12.3-mile route will take walkers across picturesque tracks starting at Abbey Lane, where muntjac deer and longhorn cattle are known to roam. As the group progresses, you’ll pass through the famous Munden Estate – known as one of the filming locations for both The Crown and Midsomer Murders. Finally, you’ll arrive in the photogenic villages of Aldenham and Letchmore Heath - the latter appearing in The Professionals and Rosemary & Thyme.

The walk begins at 10am from Kings Langley Train Station, and dogs, individuals, corporate or groups are all welcome to take part! For more information please contact me for further information or visit https://bit.ly/3IPCz7N
