Our landscaping and gardening team have a passion for plants, neat borders and litter free pathways, all in the name of keeping Croxley Park green.
Management
No matter the size of your business, our 20 strong on-site management team are ready and waiting to supply you with a 5 star service. This can be anything, from helping you make the most of the park’s facilities to energy saving analysis and tips on recycling to business to business introductions. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and they really will go that extra mile, whether it’s to organise additional space, an after work language class or a game of football. You can find them out front, out back and always smiling. They’re like your business’s very own bonus employees.
24/7 Security
Security is paramount, the Park provides a security presence 24/7, 365 days a year, CCTV network and regular foot patrols. Our on-site Security Company can also offer a key holding service for our occupiers which can be extended to a lock and unlock service if required.

Cleaning
