Our impressive amenity building, The Hive, takes its place at the heart of Croxley Park and provides a unique hub for our community.

Our purpose built gym has been carefully designed to provide everything you need to stay in shape, including state-of-the-art equipment and studio space for regular fitness classes. With inspiring views over the lake, it will be the perfect place in which to unwind and recover from the stresses of the working day.

At our expanded and improved Cafe, you'll find increased seating capacity to cater for our growing number of occupiers. With a full range of freshly cooked hot and healthy food options available throughout the day, it's a social hub, and the go-to place for everything from a quick coffee to a working lunch.

The Barn is our well-appointed new event space, perfect for hosting our growing programme of creative and exciting events, in all weathers. Also available for booking by our business tenants for their own use, it's set to become the venue of choice for events of all varieties, from annual conferences to post-work drinks.

The Park provides a dedicated Meeting Pod for companies located on the Business Park to use FREE OF CHARGE. The Pod is conveniently located between Buildings 7 & 8 overlooking the water feature and provides an ideal location to host any meeting formal / informal.

Wi-Fi is provided covering the internal and external areas around the Pod.

With 30 bikes on-site, you and your staff are free to glide your way along the many designated cycle routes that intersect the beautifully landscaped park and nearby nature reserve. Perfect for some lunchtime exercise or a quick trip shopping in the town centre.

Team games bring people together. A competitive five-a-side football league supplies some stress-busting people bonding, whilst introducing you and your employees to like-minded thinkers from around the park. If football really isn’t your thing then there are golf nets and a softball pitch. And if you’re interested in starting something new, like croquet, just let the management team know. They’ll be sure to sort something out.

Croxley Direct is our Mercedes vehicle that seats up to 7 people & is dedicated to getting you and your visitors or colleagues where you need to be & back again!

Security is paramount, the Park provides a security presence 24/7, 365 days a year, CCTV network and regular foot patrols.

Our on-site Security Company can also offer a key holding service for our occupiers which can be extended to a lock and unlock service if required.

We have an electric charging point for vehicles in the layby outside the Café at the Hive. We are part of the EB charging network of charging points. It is very cost effective to charge a car, it varies but could be in the region of £3 to charge a car from empty.

Yoga & Pilates classes take place each week for people on the park. The classes are suitable whether you are a beginner or intermediate.

Our brand new Anytime Fitness Croxley Park Gym opened in Jan 2019, and it breaks new ground by being the first ‘Generation 2’ design for Anytime Fitness in the UK, housed in a purpose-built new building.

With over 155 clubs in the UK and 4,500 gyms worldwide, our members can access all our clubs with the same key fob and no extra cost! Offering friendly support, private bathrooms and 24-hour access seven days a week, you're sure to find the group fitness class you'll love or state-of-the-art equipment to upgrade your training.

Alternatively, you can just drop in during our staffed hours which are 8am to 8pm Mon-Thurs, 8am to 6pm on Fridays, and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays.

Bees are under threat and numbers are reducing across the UK. Here at Croxley Park, we have our own colony of bees to do our bit to protect these precious insects. They in turn benefit the environment as well as producing wonderful honey for employees based on the Park to purchase.

Educational events to encourage employees and local school children to 'Get up close & Personal' to the Bees are organised regularly.
