Our brand new Anytime Fitness Croxley Park Gym opened in Jan 2019, and is the very first ‘Generation 2’ design for Anytime Fitness in the UK. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it offers state of the art gym equipment, friendly and motivational instructors, personal training, and on demand virtual classes ensuring it’s always possible to fit your exercise into your busy life.

You can take a virtual tour of the gym here or pop in during the staffed hours of 8am to 8pm Mon-Thurs, 8am to 6pm on Fridays, and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays to have a look around. Our new impressive, two storey Café has wonderful views across the lake, offering the perfect setting for a catch up with friends, an informal meeting, or even just a change of scenery when you need to get away from your desk, with full WiFi connectivity throughout the venue. The meeting room on the first floor is available for hire with or without hospitality for offsite meetings and lunches and is the perfect space to entertain your guests.

Our daily menu features tried and tested favourites and delicious hot food, fresh salads, hot snacks and cooked breakfasts, as well as pastries, cakes and snacks, artisan coffees and global cuisine. We are committed to providing, fresh, seasonal food that is sourced regionally as we believe this is the best way to deliver great food too tempting to resist!

With weekly special offers, loyalty points and a commitment to reducing waste by encouraging the use of reusable keep cups, our café is a must see destination at Croxley Park.

Our creative, flexible, event space – a blank canvas to be adapted and decorated for any event, no matter the weather. This purpose built space, which opened in March 2019 has already used extensively by our occupiers and its versatility has proved to be a winner across the board.

Private Hire The Barn is available to book by our business tenants for their own use. It’s large, open space makes it 100% adaptable for any event, from annual conference, post work drinks, to sporting events and team building exercises – it's set to become the venue of choice for events of all varieties.
