The Park are offering a 8 week Hatha Yoga Course starting Wednesday 4th March @ 12pm, classes are 50 minutes long.
Yoga allows us to work-in rather than work-out by creating a space for us to feel, connect and explore what it means to be human. Through developing breath awareness, integrated with mindful movement, you will learn to quieten the internal chatter of the mind and explore being in the body without judgement. Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, improved posture and overall wellbeing for mind and body.
This course is suitable for beginners to improvers.
