Croxley Park App Users

If you use the Croxley Park App only, your bus pass will automatically update w/c 19th Sept.

There is nothing you need to do except ensure your app is up to date.

If you are waiting for your photo to be approved or are experiencing any issues you can always email us via – whatson@croxleypark.com and we will endeavour to resolve.

Physical Card Pass Users

We have now received delivery of the updated physical card passes, if you would like yours updated please can you email us – whatson@croxleypark.com - with a picture of yourself attached, your name and company name clearly in the email.

We will make them up and deliver them to your unit/offices or for you to collect when you are able. (If you are located within Regus in Building 2, please give us your company name and in brackets include Regus)

If you are unable to retrieve your new pass from the office, we would urge you to use the app.

Bus drivers have been informed there will be short period of overlap between current and new between now and 30th.
