Multi Trade Engineer - Full time | Salary: up to £30,665 p/a

As a Multi Trade Engineer at Thrive Homes you will carry out a wide range of maintenance works in
our occupied and unoccupied properties.

Essential skills:
• Highly skilled in either plumbing or carpentry
• Strong skills in a secondary trade of tiling, plastering, fencing and groundworks
• Customer facing skills
• Experience in using a PDA to receive, manage and update your daily jobs
• Ability to work without supervision
• Fault finding skills
• Ability to identify cost effective repair methods including completion time and ordering of
materials through to job completion
• Full clean driving licence
• Fluent in written and spoken English and able to engage with a variety of people at all levels
Additional Information:
• Thrive Homes will supply PPE, a stocked van, and power tools. The van cannot be used outside
of work other than for travel to/from home.
• You will be required to participate in an out of hours rota, typically one week in seven, for
which there is additional payment.
