Mental Health Awareness Week

What is it that springs to your mind when you hear the term ‘mental health’ being used?

What is your understanding of how mental health can affect your way of life?

We are all faced with pressures in life that can range from; managing the school run, travelling to work, meeting work deadlines, taking exams, managing finance, moving home, caring for a sick relative to name but a few.

With these pressures our minds can be constantly filled with internal chatter, meaning during the day we fail to just stop, take a moment to clear all thoughts and breathe. If we continually experience this cycle of life, over an extended period of time this could lead to negative health and wellbeing implications.

The Croxley Park Gym team would like to invite you to attend a number of mini sessions specially organised to help you to BREATHE. The sessions have been planned in line with ‘Mental Health Awareness Week’ from Monday 14th - Friday 18th May.  We would like you to come along and try out our mini sessions on the following days:

Monday 14th May: 11.45am  – 12.00 midday or 2.45pm – 3pm
Tuesday 15th May:
11.45am  – 12.00 midday or 2.45pm – 3pm
Wednesday 16th May:
11.15am – 11.30am or 2.45pm -3pm
Thursday 17th May: 11.45am – 12.00 midday or 2.45pm – 3pm or 6.10pm – 6.40pm
Friday 18th May: 11.45am – 12.00 midday

(Spaces are limited and will be offered on a first come first served basis) 

You do not need to be a member of the gym to take up this offer.
