Glenmark Pharma Job Vacancy

Glenmark Pharma are looking for a Customer Service Executive, 37.5 hours per week.

This role provides support to the UK sales teams and internal departments to ensure excellence in customer service.

Processing incoming orders within given time scales, ensuring that any out of stock products are communicated to customer or designated Account Manager.

You will be the link between orders received and deliveries going to the customer.

Ensuring the order is received and the expectation of delivery is met.

You will also regularly liaise with supply chain to be aware of products that are out of stock and their expected date of return, creating background information to help when processing orders and confirming what will deliver to customers.

Liaising with customer and credit control regarding credit claims, investigating the reason and completing the relevant forms to ensure returned stock that is good for sale can then be re-sold, avoiding write off risk’s.

Sales Support are an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team and are pivotal in our success, by understanding our business and market the Sales Support team can highlight any potential issues prior to them happening, this is a key role within our business.
