We're hosting a Flu Clinic on Wednesday 1st November 2017.

New Road Surgery, based in Croxley Green, has agreed to provide the Park with a clinic during the lunchtime period.

The clinic will provide 50 vaccines at a cost of £13.00 each, however, if demand exceeds this we'll organise another clinic or ask the Surgery to increase the number of Vaccines.

The vaccines will be allocated on a first come first served basis so if you're interested in having a flu jab please email whatson@croxleypark.com

The location of the clinic will be confirmed to those interested nearer the time. Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to Drs Corp and Partners.
