Three Rivers District Council Announces Event to Champion Disability Inclusivity in the Workplace
Three Rivers District Council is delighted to announce an empowering event aimed at fostering a more inclusive workplace environment. Titled "Disability Confident: Embracing Diversity in the Workplace," this event seeks to spread awareness and educate employers on the importance of embracing disabilities in the workplace.
Scheduled for September 24th, the event will take place at the iconic Warner Bros. Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter. Attendees can look forward to engaging presentations from industry experts and interactive sessions designed to inspire and inform.
In collaboration with the Watford Chamber of Commerce, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), Sunnyside Rural Trust, Mission Employable, Step 2 Skills, Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce, and Warner Bros., the council extends an open invitation to employers across all sectors. This enlightening day aims to provide invaluable insights into the benefits of becoming disability confident and the transformative impact it can have on businesses and their teams.
