New for 2017:
Skip Fit – Take a trip down memory lane with this session or discover your inner child! Skipping will make you as fit as a fiddle and toning will provide more definition to your shape.
Variable Volume Training – Think reps, sets and time as this session focuses on numbers. lift, pause, lower, repeat….
Core Conditioning – A class that helps to make everyday moves simpler to perform . Think posture, balance and balls.
Spin – Fast and furious, slow and steady, up and down are some of the moves used whilst cycling.
