Wellness & well-being
Join us on Thursday 21st January for a day full of free fitness classes, yoga lessons, a breathing/meditation class, 1-2-1 life coaching sessions and a dietary health talk.
All participants registered by Friday 15th January will also receive a wellness parcel.
