Employing & Supporting Disabled People at Work - Mudlarks Workshop

West Herts College is running four fully-funded workshops in March for businesses who would like to be more confident about employing disabled staff.

These one-day workshops are being delivered by Mudlarks, who have considerable expertise in this area, and attendees will also receive ongoing support from Mudlarks (up to two visits) to advise on things like recruitment and making adjustments for new staff.

There is a substantial potential workforce in Hertfordshire who have a disability and, in many cases, employers are nervous about their responsibilities or challenges they may face. In reality, these worries are often unfounded and these workshops, with the support that follows, will help employers tap into this under-accessed workforce pipeline.
