Sanskrit Mantra Immersion

The Barn

Sanskrit Mantra Immersion is back!

A calming wellbeing reset combining live mantra chanting with guided Yoga Nidra relaxation. Led by practitioner and teacher Krupa, who has trained within a living lineage in India.

Dates: Every Monday from 7th September to 5th October
Sessions: 12:05pm and 1:05pm
Location: The Barn

What are Sanskrit mantras?
• Ancient sound practices from India, preserved through precise oral transmission for thousands of years.
• Unlike modern online musical interpretations, authentic recitation honours precise pronunciation and sound patterns, considered essential to experiencing the full depth of the practice.
• This ancient chanting tradition has been recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

What can you expect?
• A 40-minute immersive experience of deep rest, rhythmic sound and guided relaxation.
• Sanskrit mantra chanting to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and support greater balance, clarity and wellbeing.
• No need to understand the words — simply listen and receive.

Yoga Nidra
Often known as “yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice designed to bring the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. No movement or yoga experience is needed.
