Croxley Park Wins Property Week Social Impact Award

We’re delighted to share that Croxley Park has won the Social Impact Initiative Award at the Property Week Commercial Property Awards 2026 for Planet Croxley.

Through the initiative, Croxley Park has transformed from a traditional business park into a thriving community-focused hub, supporting local charities, SMEs, education, sustainability and accessible spaces while generating nearly £6 million in measurable social value each year.

The judges praised its innovative and scalable approach, strong community engagement and significant long-term ESG impact. This achievement reflects the collaboration of our occupiers, partners, local stakeholders and the dedicated Croxley Park team. Congratulations to everyone involved.
