Celebrating Our Social Impact Award Finalist Recognition

Here at Croxley Park, we’re pleased to share that we have been named a finalist in the Property Week Awards for Social Impact, recognising our commitment to making a positive difference within the community.

In 2025, we delivered £5.9 million in social value, a 110% increase compared to 2024. This includes £3.8 million supporting local communities and charities through a wide range of initiatives, including working closely with local schools, creating a dedicated SEN garden for a local school, arranging educational bee trips, donating stationery to local schools and delivering an extensive events programme for the wider community.

We also donated over £8,000 to local Watford charities and provided ongoing support to grassroots organisations. In addition, we’ve helped local small businesses grow by offering them the opportunity to trade on site, strengthening community connections and supporting local enterprise.

A further £124,000 of social value was generated for the local economy through supporting local suppliers, creating opportunities, and contributing to regional growth.

This recognition reflects our ongoing dedication to creating meaningful impact, and we look forward to building on this success in the future.
