Croxley Park Gym Expansion Reflects Growing Demand and Occupier Growth

Croxley Park are delighted to announce the expansion of the on-site
gym, operated by Anytime Fitness, following a sustained increase in membership and demand from occupiers across the park and
community.
The expansion will significantly increase the gym’s footprint, enabling enhanced facilities and greater capacity to support the growing working population at Croxley Park. This growth reflects Croxley Park’s success in reducing office voids and increasing occupancy levels, driving higher daily footfall and demand for amenity provision.
Since opening, Anytime Fitness has also played an important role in delivering social value initiatives known as Planet Croxley, where they support health and wellbeing programmes for occupiers and the wider community. The expansion reinforces a shared commitment to creating a vibrant, inclusive and wellbeing-focused workplace environment.
As a result of the gym’s expansion, the Croxley Park management office will relocate to Building 6, ensuring continued high-quality estate management while enabling the gym to grow adjacent to its
