The Park are offering an 8 week Hatha Yoga Course from Wednesday 17th October at 12.05pm.
Yoga is a means for developing breath awareness, integrated with mindful movement, to quieten the internal chatter of the mind and explore being in the body without judgement. Through attention to body alignment and conscious breathing, learn to work-in rather than work-out. Benefits include reduced stress, anxiety, improved posture and overall wellbeing for mind and body.
This course is suitable for beginners to improvers!
