We are a talent management business with a focus on recruitment, staffing and employee benefits.

Having made a great impact with local businesses in London and Hertfordshire based on exceptional customer service, we have now secured significant investment to grow the business and are delighted to have chosen Croxley Park as our new home.

We see the world in a refreshingly straight forward way, and take an open and direct approach.

We use our insight to inform & collaborate with clients on the dynamics of the employment landscape and how it affects them in the short, medium and long term. This sometimes means having the conversations people don't necessarily want to hear, but we believe that this drives the best results for all, and builds longer term relationships that add real value. 

We've just moved In and are in the process of making our office space a great place to work for our team. We'll be having a launch party later in the summer, but in the meantime please feel free to drop in for a cup of coffee to say hi.
