National Fitness Day

Anytime Fitness, in Building 6 Suite 7B are leading a walk for National Fitness Day and they are inviting you to join them! 

Wednesday 26th September

Start: 7.30am

Distance: Approx. 3-3.5 miles

Terrain: Flat, easy

Please wear: Trainers and suitable comfortable clothing.

We will walk if it rains so bring rain coats if it’s wet

Fancy a coffee? If you want a coffee to take on the walk, grab one at Wacka or feel free to have one on us, but please bring a reusable thermal cup and arrive a bit earlier to allow time to make coffees
Cost: £2 for charity (to be confirmed)
