We're adding a wealth of new office space. Due for completion in 2019, Building 1 will be a grade A office building of 85,000 sq ft set within landscaped grounds. Meanwhile, The Campus has been granted outline planning permission for four new office buildings offering 350,000 sq ft high quality Grade A headquarters space with multi-storey parking.
Our development programme will also add a wealth of new amenities for our tenants. The Hive is our impressive new amenity building featuring a newly expanded and improved Cafe, a purpose-built gym, and The Barn, our well-appointed new event space. Due for completion by the end of 2018, it will provide a unique hub for our community.
Croxley Park's rolling programme of upgrades includes enhancements to the aesthetics and functionality of the park, to provide a thoroughly modern working environment. As well as improving the reception areas and outdoor seating, we're also upgrading our signage and adding features such as meeting pods. At Croxley Park, we're committed to constant improvement.
